As a young Director, Brian was kind. He was always supportive really funny and bloody good at what he did. I never saw him flustered or angry. Always a gentleman. Brian was also a font of stories. From crazy fishing trips involving false teeth to describing building of the first Wendy Light for David Watkins. Brian was a proper film man. One of a kind. He will live in my memories.
